Rejection

When we lose or feel rejection it hurt us from a very deep place. At these tender moments, one can feel a sense of loss of their own power. These affirmations can help us regain our confidence so we can move on with grace.

Rejection

Rejection increases anger, anxiety, depression, jealousy, and sadness. It reduces performance on difficult intellectual tasks, and can also contribute to aggression and poor impulse control. When we experience undesirable outcomes we sometimes don't know how to cope with these raw feelings.

The idea to icoprarte positive affirmations to the brand was when Ramsli experienced a very intense rejection. In fashion schools, there is a senior collection that showcases what the school and judges think are the best looks out of the whole senior collection.

Long story short Ramsli did not make it into the fashion show and this rjectirejectionon was extremely painful for her to experience. She felt that there was not enough support for herself and other seniors going through this experience as well from the school so she knew seeded to make something to lessen the blow. The negative thought that arose in her head was too much to handle so she started writing down the thoughts and then finding a positive spin for each one. By doing this she was rewriting her normal negative leaning, and self-destructive pathways in the brain. Because these were recorded in real-time they are very applicable to anyone who is experiencing loss or rejection.

Please feel free to copy or screenshot so you can remind yourself regularly of these affirmations.
